This pine A.K.A. Mountain White pine can be found in the mts. of Sierra Nevada, the Cascade & Coast ranges and the Rocky Mt. range. It is the state tree of Idaho. The largest is 219' near Elk River Idaho. The wood I choose is Yellow Birch.
